What’s Yoga?

Yoga is a mindful movement practice that combines breath, strength, flexibility, and balance to support both physical and mental well-being! At Currahee Movement Collective, our yoga sessions are designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking to improve mobility, reduce stress, recover from activity, or simply move your body with intention!

We offer yoga every Wednesday as a consistent midweek reset, along with a special Saturday session once a month for a deeper, more relaxed weekend experience! With two instructors offering different styles, you’ll experience a well-rounded approach to yoga! No matter your experience level, our classes provide a welcoming space to move, breathe, and recharge!
